The entire process from start to finish was a very positive experience thanks to the entire team! And the install was fast with quality work. They cleaned everything up, didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only thing I would warn is that the color of the shingle when looking at the online samples as well as a smaller sample is a bit deceiving. My roof is a bit lighter in color than expected so keep that in mind. However even though the color was lighter than expected it does not take away from the beauty of the roof or the quality of work they preformed. I am vary pleased and would recommend Sunny Skies to anyone looking to have roof work done.

These guys contacted me throught a text message to see if I wanted a roof inspection with a quote. I replied "yes." Devin came out and we got a quote for a metal roof. Him and his partner was transparent and easy to get along with. After going through with the job, Dan was the one setting me up with finance. He was incredibly easy to talk to and I love how all these folk served for their country. The fact that Sunny Skies didn't make me pay more than what I needed. I got my metal roof for a great price. (2400 squares.) Then, after some time Mike called me up to get us started with the project. 48 hours later, the entire roof was done! For one, I'm blown away with how quick tear off and installation was done. My parking situation was limited but the crew made it work. I WILL Do buisness with these guys again.

Initially called for possible barn roof repair. Devon came out and inspected..took pics to show the damage. Also went onto house roof and took pics as well. We replaced both roofs because of the worn, missing shingles. Devon was very knowledgeable about roofing and Sunny Skies was very timely with their response to our inquiry and of starting our job. Mike and Devon did great followup whenever a concern was brought up, which was infrequent, but as on all construction sites, will arise. We couldn't have wished for a better work crew. Elmer and his men were worker bees, indeed! Tearing off shingles/entire roofs is messy. Elmer's men protected our property with tarps and wood sheeting over garage doors, entries, and windows. His crew cleaned up every day before leaving, which was much appreciated. We are very happy with the look of our new barn and house roofs. Thank you Devon for all of your time and effort. Awesome contractor, and awesome crew. The sunny skies crew did my whole roof in a day and had smiles on their faces while doing it. You can tell by the quality and speed of their work that they love what they do. Devon, the project manager was a real pleasure to work with and answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had immediately. He actually knows what he is doing from past experience. Devon wasn’t pushy about replacing the roof and even offered to repair the leaking areas, but after we looked into how old the roof was and the vast amount of repairs needed, a replacement made more sense. The price was completely reasonable, a little higher than some other contractors that may cut corners or put in cheaper materials, but I definitely feel like the roof turned out better than I anticipated. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to get siding, roofing or gutters done. Well done sunny skies!

Sunny Skies contacted my husband and he set up a time for Devin, our sales representative, to come out and talk to us. He did his inspection and afterwards he presented us with our score. He was very straightforward with no hidden agenda which we both appreciated. Bottom line we needed a roof and we needed it yesterday. Everything was gone over with us and we received a nice discount for being open to the roofing being done according to their schedule and convenience. Of course, Devin was kind enough to put us in an emergency status. Thank you so much Devin for your time and help.
After that he was able to get Mike and Dan to work with us and secure us a loan. It was quick and painless. They did all the work and we did the signing, lol. Like most people we had saved for a down payment but needed to secure a loan for this huge project. Thank you, Mike and Dan for your amazing work throughout the whole process!
Next, came a time to tear off the old and install the new. A date and time were provided and our shingles were special ordered but came in a timely manner and beautiful, I might add.
We were given a 8am start time and before that everyone started arriving, setting up given instructions and actually on the roof by 8am. So, bravo for everyone’s punctuality that early, even to me who retired! We were told our large house would be done in a day and they weren’t kidding. They had a crew of about 20 out here being overseen by Curtis who keep them on their toes so a deadline could be met. Thank you Curtis. But, the crew and their amazing work is who made it happen and although there are far too many to mention they all should be applauded for their tear off, repair, installation and clean up. (We have a rooster rescue and 7 dogs so clean up was imperative) Thank you guys for your dedication and fine workmanship for Sunny Skies.

Our roof was long overdue for replacement, I noticed a few missing shingles towards start of the year. Dan made the whole process stress free.
